Ans: We normally require 7-10 days to deliver your order anywhere in India. However, the delivery time would at times vary from product to product.

 Q. Who pays for the reverse logistics in the following cases?

Ans: 

Manufacturing Defect: In case of a manufacturing defect in a product the Company will bear the cost.

Delivery: In case of delivery problems or in case of delivery of wrong products, the Company will bear the cost.

Exchange: If you want to exchange the product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or a wrong delivery, the delivery charges will be borne by you (customer).

 

Q. Can I change my order for the product which is available instead of canceling the order (in case the product is out of stock)?
